Scholarship Information

The Julia I. Carrington Foundation offers multiple scholarships to undergraduate students pursuing a degree in an agricultural field. Full ride scholarships are available.  The Foundation has awarded $570,000 to date to deserving applicants. 

Scholarships are issued to students who have resided in California for a minimum of two years and are graduating, or have graduated, from a California high school. Consideration will be given first to applicants where a member of their family derives their living from farming or other agricultural means.
 


Qualified applicants must  be attending or plan to attend a California University  that offer an Undergraduate degree in an agricultural field. 

Scholarships can be applied for annually, and recipients can receive multiple yearly scholarships. Students will be expected to show satisfactory progress towards their desired degree. Scholarship funds are for educational expenses, such as books, tuition, registration, fees, supplies and room and board.
